Dr. Glenda Miro-Antonio, RN RFC REP CFRM DM-EM
Founder, President, and CEO of Spring Rain Global
Dr. Glenda Miro-Antonio is a professional consultant for philanthropy, an avenue for fundraising and gift giving in congregations, schools and corporations. A certified Fundraising Manager, she completed her studies at Indiana University, Indianapolis USA, the Centre of Philanthropy.
The forerunner of Philanthropy in the Philippines and Asia, she has pioneered the creation of the Philanthropic Development System for both beneficiaries and benefactors and has helped institutions facilitate funding, both locally and globally. She has maximized the use of financial planning in attracting a hybrid partnership among donors to support sustainability. She combined financial consultancy with philanthropy, strengthened the sustainability roadmap of her clients and together explored innovative solutions for the needs of her partner organizations. This has also attracted more engagement and partners globally bringing Spring Rain Global to where it is now, especially with the Asian Venture Philanthropy Network, WorldWide Initiatives for Grantmaker Support, Global Impact Investing network, and IISLA Ventures.
Dr. Miro-Antonio has earned a Doctoral Degree in Educational Management and is a Registered Estate Planner (REP). She is a six-year member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), an elite group of professionals all over the world specializing in Risk Management and Investment Planning. She served as local chair for MDRT Visayas in 2011-2014.
She has been a practicing International Registered Financial Consultant (RFC) since 2006 and a member of the International Association of Registered Financial Consultants (IARFC) based in Ohio, USA. She has authored “Discover Your True Wealth” and “Spring Rain Global 6-Pillar Capacitation Model©”, and the co-founder of Alfatech Global Solutions Inc. Dr. Miro-Antonio currently serves as secretary of the Rotary Club of Metro Cebu and chair of the District Economic and Community Development, Rotary District 3860 for 2022-2023. She is the President Elect, Rotary Club of Metro Cebu, 2023-2024.

Steven Owen
Strategic Marketing and Communications Manager, FathInvest
Steven Owen develops investment product marketing content, campaigns, and programs for asset managers distributing ETFs, mutual funds, and separately managed accounts through financial advisors and RIAs.
With experience that includes equity, fixed income, and multi-asset strategies, he has refined a formula for successful investment product marketing: focus on differentiation, strive for originality, use data effectively, leverage content fully, distribute content in varied and channel-appropriate ways, measure results frequently, and always seek a broader audience for input and consensus building along the way.
Mr. Owen is a financial product marketing and distribution professional with more than 25 years’ experience. With strategic communications, writing and editing skills, he has led the development, implementation, and measurement of successful marketing programmes for a range of investment products and financial services at several asset management firms including Liberty Cove Investors, Janus Henderson, Wellington Management, and Putnam Investments. Steven received a Master in Business Administration degree from Boston University. He currently lives in the Bay Area of San Francisco, California.

Stephanie Lucero
Director, Spring Rain Global US LLC
Stephanie Lucero is the Director for Spring Rain Global Philanthropy US, LLC, overseeing SRG’s operations in the United States and Venture Philanthropic Programs. She is also the Production and Operations Manager for a large Mortgage Bank in San Diego. She is adept in managing and strategizing financial plans with over 20 years’ experience in real estate, finance, and project consulting.
Stephanie graduated in 1998 from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. She spent many years in finance in various roles before settling into a Management Position, earning many awards and recognitions throughout her career. In 2008 she obtained a Broker’s License from the State of California, which she still holds today.
The growing financing turmoil in the U.S. and lack of funds for lending in the early 2000’s pushed Stephanie to look for more creative means of financing and to take a more international approach to her business. She began to consult on the financing and development of various projects both in the United States and abroad, expanding her connections to and knowledge of global investment banking and project funding.
In April 2017, Stephanie became a part of the Spring Rain Family, formally allowing her to combine her passions for business and philanthropy. By positioning strategic business partnerships, she is actively working to promote, facilitate, and manage SRG’s Philanthro-Capitalism efforts, championing ways to fund infrastructure and humanitarian projects in addition to creating more unconventional means of fund raising.
Fr. Orven Gonzaga, CP
Provincial Economer, Congregation of the Passion
Fr. Orven Gonzaga, CP earned his licentiate in Spirituality and Diploma in Formation of Formators in 2008 to 2011.
He was a missionary in Vietnam from 2012 to 2017. He was the Director of College Seminary of the Passionist from 2017 to 2018 and was a Novice Master from 2018 to 2021. He is a Provincial Economer from 2021 to the present.
From 2019 to the present, Fr. Orven is the Executive Director of the Passionist Philanthropic Development Office and is currently the President of the Spring Rain Global Philanthropic Development System Ecosystem.

Philippine Country Director, Asian Venture Philanthropy Network
Dr. Arnil Paras is the Philippine country director of AVPN, a network of social investors and resource providers across Asia, working together to enhance their impact in the region, where Spring Rain Global is one of the key members in the Philippines. He is a professor at the Asian Institute of Management, where he heads the Master in Development Management Program. He has post-graduate degrees from the London School of Economics and City University of Hong Kong
Alexis Palacio
Branch Manager, AXA Philippines
Alexis Palacio is an alumnus of St. Mary’s Academy of Palo RVM and Holy Infant College RSM. He has been a registered nurse since 2011. He was a humanitarian volunteer in Samaritan’s Purse, based in the Philippines and Nepal, from 2014 to 2015.
He has been a Licensed Insurance Advisor for Life, VUL and Non-Life since 2014. He was a former Executive Unit Manager and now a Branch Manager of AXA Philippines. He has been a consistent annual awardee and qualifying member of GAMA International or the General Agents & Managers Association since 2017. He is an AXA PRIME member from 2020 to 2021 and an AXA Certified Health and Investment Specialist. Alexis has been a Financial Planning Pillar consultant of SRG since 2021.
Felix A. Tonog
Executive Director, Philippine Council of NGO Certification
Felix A. Tonog has over 28 years of progressive work experience in the academe, corporate, and social development sectors. He is the Executive Director of the Philippine Council for NGO Certification (PCNC), and before that a member and treasurer of the PCNC Board of Trustees from 2016 to 2020. He was a former member of the Board of Trustees of the Caucus of Development NGO Networks (CODE-NGO) from 2016 to 2017.
He held various management and leadership roles at Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP) from 2005 to 2020. Among them are Corporate Planning Manager, Director of Strategy Management, and Director for Administration.
He taught social sciences and management courses at St. Francis of Assisi College, Centro Escolar University, AMA Computer College, Immaculada Conception College, and Lyceum of the Philippines University. He was college registrar at AMA Computer College-Paranaque, and assistant academic dean at Immaculada Conception College.
His areas of specialization and interest include SME promotion, strategic management, corporate social responsibility, non-profit governance and policy, project management and evaluation. He has done consulting work on labor migration, and conducted research studies on innovations at the base of the pyramid, rural and social enterprise development which he presented in international conferences in Jakarta, Indonesia and Oita, Japan.
Felix holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy (bene meritus), and Master’s degree in Business Management. He has completed the academic requirements for Master of Science in Economics.
