The Diocese of Laoag believes that every Christian is a bearer of light of faith. However, the light of faith has dimmed due to the challenges of the society today that resulted to loss of faith, indifference and selfishness, poverty and illiteracy and the abuse of man and nature. With this, we provide programs for the renewal of faith, education and scholarship, values formation, avenue of infrastructure for community development and promote stewardship as a way of life. Therefore, we commit ourselves to rekindle the LIGHT OF FAITH so that every Christian will become a beacon of light again.
