Porta Coeli Center PDO gives our Indigenous People (IPs), marginalized sectors of the society and our OFWs a Christ-centered value formation, literacy, scholarships for college education, and livelihoood programs to become a functional and committed persons that can contribute to the betterment of the society.

Porta Coeli Development Center supports the mission of Porta Coeli Center for Continuing Education which is a non-traditional educational institute which gives people the opportunity to earn a college degree through distance education system. It delivers through the principle of education, leadership and integrity.

Porta Coeli was conceptualized in the year 2000 by few religious leaders and personalities from SAIDI. They conducted series of brainstorming sessions and consultative meetings. The result of their hard work was Porta Coeli Center for Continuing Education, an institution that would give a chance to those who want to continue their college studies through distance education or home study program.
